*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship. 

*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update

*Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please read our product description in full detail as it will include a specific date a particular item will ship out. 

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. 

* Just A Girl is not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods. 

*If a package is returned to Just A Girl due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. 


Rest assured, we aim to please, but unfortunately we are NOT accepting any exchanges or returns during COVID-19. To protect the health and safety of everyone we will follow this policy until further notice and keep you updated on any changes. 

All Sales are final and non-refundable so please check the product description regarding sizing suggesting and fitting of products before placing orders.
